| With its compression seal the P120 X-Plug™ provides a positive seal whether installed from the interior or exterior making it the most versatile, highest performing plug system on the market today. In some instances for a repair, a void may need to be predrilled to install plug from exterior. Use the conversion chart below for appropriate drill bit sizing. |

Preparation/Installation
(Pictured) The 1 to 11/4 taper tie void is drilled out with an 11/8 bit to prepare it for the repair. Remove any large debris from the drilled hole and install a P120 X-Plug™ (Model P1201114) into the prepared hole. The P120 X-Plug™ is installed in the same manner as from the interior side. Shown here installed manually. (Refer to the P120 X-Plug™ Retro-Fit Chart).

Repaired Void Leak
The P120 X-Plug™ shown here (left) minutes after the repair installation and then the day after (right). To retro-fit P120 X-Plug™ had taken approximately five minutes.
